About Our Role

We are seeking a highly organised, full-time administrator with a passion for quality, compliance and continuous improvement.

As our Quality & Compliance Coordinator you will support our Clinical Quality Manager and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing quality systems that underpin the delivery of exceptional care and services to our residents.

This role provides essential coordination, administration, and systems support across quality, risk, compliance, and continuous improvement activities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining quality management systems, records, registers, and documentation.
  • Supporting internal and external audits and accreditation requirements.
  • Coordinating quality, risk and compliance activities and initiatives including action plans, internal projects, reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Supporting the development, review, and implementation of policies and procedures.
  • Providing administrative support for quality and compliance activities, including meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute taking, action tracking, and related communications.
  • Building strong internal and external relationships across the organisation and providing guidance to staff on quality systems, reporting processes, and compliance requirements.
  • Providing occasional reception support when required.

About You

You are a proactive, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working collaboratively to achieve positive outcomes and ensure systems operate effectively and compliance standards are met.

You will bring:

  • Experience in a quality, compliance, administration, or similar coordination role preferably within healthcare, aged care, or a related industry.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • A high level of computer literacy, using Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, databases and document management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
