  • Responding effectively to changing resident needs and clinical situations.

ABOUT YOU

You're a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care. You enjoy working as part of a team, can quickly build rapport with residents and colleagues, and thrive in a dynamic environment where no two days are the same.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:

  • Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A genuine passion for aged care and enhancing resident wellbeing
